April, a 4-H alum has served the 4-H program in Cecil County since May, 2000. April serves on the Maryland Animal Science and College and Workforce Readiness teams. Presently, April focuses on Agriculture Literacy, Animal Science, STEM and Club, Youth and Volunteer Citizenship and Leadership Development.
